Super event location!

Great place to have a drink and meet friends.

Good: Choice of food (half a dozen restaurants), great pizza at Riva, chance to play boules, easy access via U4 or by bike, relaxed atmosphere.Bad: Noisy (from the big street), at times too crowded, maybe not the best food in town (overall).Ugly: Only open during summer...By the way, there is only one restaurant at the lower level at the canal which is the "original Summerstage". But so hip any more and the food just "good average".

Nice cafe and restaurant by the canal where you can enjoy a cold drink on a warm summers day. A little bit pricey, but a very relaxed and friendly place. Quick and friendly service

Service is slow. We drank two Hugo und after decided to enjoy a cheese platter and some red wine; this took over 20 minutes to arrive at our table and the size was frankly laughable.It's a shame because the location is nice and the prices acceptable

Really nice place for the summer. There are like 4 or 5 restaurants/bars to chose from, depending on the restaurant the price can go from fair to expensive.

Long waiting times and poor old chairs and tables. But food is worth the wait and its cool on hot summer day. Try it!

To truly express this place, location is really good, food ok, music choice bad!!Starting again, locationwise really good because you get the best of the DonauKanal view and food, you can find better places to eat for same price. Service is excellent and staff even more awesome. Can do with better food selection!!

Great selection of restaurants, perfect for warm summer evenings

A nice place to visit during summer in Vienna.

One of the few places in Vienna with enough servers so that you really have good, attentive service. The good was delicious, the drinks cold and everything came correctly. The location by the canal on the terrace was cool on a hot summer night.

It is a pooling of different restaurants from Vienna who cook in an open-air kind of place. It is located directly at the sewer so you can run away from the summer heat in the city. It is great to sit there in the evening, drinking some cocktails and enjoying good food and sometimes live music. The restaurants vary from typical Austrian to Chinese, Irish, Caribbean or Italian cuisine. The prices are a little bit high but the atmosphere is too great to whine about that. Make sure to reserve a table, especially if you are a larger group because mostly it is very crowded.

The best place I have ever visited, wonderfull place, silence, near to river danube, awesome.

I have only been there once with my family and it was a flashing experience. The pizza we got there was amazing. Another cool thing is that you sit on the outside where its cooler. 5/5

Great food outside of touristic places. Open just in summer time!

Waiters seem very determined to make you get up and beg for a beer. Location is beautiful, but after 15 minutes sitting there without being asked anything we decided location is not enough. Austrian style - they do not really care about us, "customers". We are just another brick in the wall... The restaurant chief was also there, absently talking over the phone and graciously ignoring all of us. Good job, keep loosing us!

Great summer outdoor dining experience. Different outlets but all dine together, so different members of the group can source from different outlets. Summer evenings could not be better.

The overall impression was pretty positive, up until the moment I decided to have a cheese plate. It took them not less than 20 minutes to serve it and the size was definitely not what was expected. Nevertheless the location is very nice

Food is ok and prices are ambitious depending on which retlstaurant you choose, however the overall location is quite nice during summer.

Many choices of open air restaurants. Had the Italian. Had to take off a star due to yellow jackets circling. Not sure anyone could have done anything about it but nests are probably under staging.

I enjoyed a work evening out here in August. It's a great place for a drink on a summer evening. The food is nothing to write home about though, and the choice of drinks was average. Overall ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

I think is a great idea to offer local restaurants to have a different location during summer time so they get to new people, the selection of restaurants is really eclectic and cover all the tastes. Pizza, Thai, Mexican, Cuban, etc. And a wine bar, live performances, trampolines for the little ones and a field for volleyball make the place one of the most crowded in summer, not a wonder.

The atmosphere is very romantic especially at night and it's away from the congested area where a lot of cafes and restaurants are spreading along the river walk . The serving portion is generously big .I ordered an apple 🍏 juice with soda and it was served with a big tall glass shown in the photos attached here
